Behind The Lens

Location

This was shot in the tunnels of Derbyshire at the manifold valley.

Time

Mid afternoon is a good time as the early walkers have gone home.dusk is best really to capture the best light.

Lighting

To be honest this was shot on my phone with no flash.

Equipment

Samsung galaxy phones have an excellent camera..

Inspiration

Emptiness and and interest in industrial heritage. Imagine working this tunnel back in the day..fantastic.

Editing

Not really.just converted it to b&w using the phones program.

In my camera bag

Nikon d7300,sigma 2x teleconvertor,sigma 150-500,nikon 10.5mm fisheye,plus kit lenses.

Feedback

Try anything..I'm self taught. I do get advice from my friend mike lintdner from Austria.hes a proper photographer,I plan on travelling to go shoot with him in the near future.
