This lighthouse sits atop of Beachy Head in East Sussex, England. Built in the 1830's it was de-commissioned and replaced by the new lighthouse at the bottom of the cliffs in 1902. Coastal erosion meant that the lighthouse became precariously close to toppling into the sea, so much so that in March 1999 the entire building was moved 56 feet (17 meters) back from the cliff edge. It is a Grade II listed building and has featured in various TV programmes and the James Bond film "The Living Daylights".
