Manducatis Rustica at Vernon Blvd, New York, where the Italian tradition mingle with sophistication of "Big Apple" (New York). Let me tell you...it was worth it!Time
Around 7:00pm of Eastern Time (at the dawn). I remember a little crowd starting gather at the streets, people 'running" back and forth, some just left their workplace some already up for the city night fun and gathering outside the restaurants. You can hear everything more intense at this time of the day. Sky looked like a ripe peach combination with a juicy plum and sun was ready to retire for the night.Lighting
A little light was coming from the candlelight and it lighted up the plate wonderfully.Equipment

What inspired me to take the photo ? Hmm... the dish looked juicy and delish. I just wanted to express the overall character of it, besides... I have never had 'Ravioli Di Vitello", before.Editing

Sometimes simple is more. The right light is the key always, work with it, not against it. What I did was simply moving the candlelight around while taking shots. ;
