This is probably my most favorite photo. This photo was taken at 4 PM where the sun is still quite harsh but I like weather like that because it gives me a natural light and makes my model looks more stunningLighting
well, what I can tell about lighting is I kinda likes Natural Lights. I more often shoot outside that inside of the studio. Natural lights give me a outdoor portraits that are just as compelling as something shot in an indoor studio.Equipment
This shot was on a Canon 550D with Sigma 30mm f1.4 a non-art lens. That's all that I used for this shoot because I couldn't afford a great gearInspiration
I really like fashion portraits. I always make a research about fashion. but that I was like more into a turban style fashion. the most woman likes this turban style in North Africa and the Middle East. So that's why I started to make this shot and try to extend this styleEditing
I didn't do post-processing this much only had one RAW photo because I don't want the sky lost it's natural colour.In my camera bag
The 1st thing that I always packed in my bag is my camera 550D. secondly, I brought also my favorite lens Sigma 30mm f1.4, and Sigma 50mm f1.4 also. This two lens always gives me the best portait quality and prime lens always be my favorite lens to shoot in portrait on outside.Feedback
What I can tell to make sure every shot is perfectly well is you to make research even in fashion because fashion has so many styles and references. Plan well because it's a bit hard if you into fashion but only for the first time. Most important is to be patient in everything you do. Try and error because that's what makes you become a great photographer and have great portraits.
