This was taken at 6.30pm on April the 13th 2019.Lighting
Great sunset lighting. Sun was going down behind hills to the west giving a shaded area where I was working from and still lit up the hills in the background.Equipment
I was learning about settings on my Canon 650D and using Helicon with multiple exposures. F/16 Exposure, ISO 100, the shutter speed changed from 1/20th, 1/25th and 1/30th sec. using a tripod just a Canon 50mm std lensInspiration
Looking for somewhere to practice using Helicon with my camera to get good clean multiple exposures. Sun going down with shadows and the wharf is a place of interest.Editing
I merged the images using the Canon software (photo Professional) that came with the camera. In my camera bag
Then is different to today... LOL. Then a Canon 650D and a set of Std lenses I was learning taking multiple (ie HDR) photos. These days I carry a Canon 800D ( a good improvement) various Canon Lenses mostly the USM 18-135, but still use the std 50mm. I do use V1 Arsenal and have ordered V2 as I find taking multiple photos for HDR and timelapse easier using these than the camera and app that I can attach to the camera.Feedback
Practice, practice and more practice, record what you've done what you wanted and learn from it all.
