This photograph was captured at Notting Hill Carnival in 2019. That was one year after I got my first DSLR camera.Time
I remember waking up early, travelled to Notting Hill (West London) to get ready for the fabulous morning light. This shot was taken short after 9am.Lighting

Be there, be friendly, smile (but don’t be creepy ????) and ask if you can take a photo. One way to ask in this kind of situation is by lifting and pointing with the other hand towards the camera. Most people will say yes but don’t take it personally if not. ????
