Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in Ghazali Cinema Town(Tehran, Iran) from one of my friends who called Eli. She was sitting behind the window of an old restaurant (Grand Hotel), looking out and waiting for her order. To see this lovely Place just search for "Ghazali Cinema Town Tehran" and you go a century back to old Tehran, Iran.

Time

This is one of my favorite times for shooting, the late evening before sunset. I took this photo exactly on Friday, ?October ?16, ?2015, ??1:17:25 PM

Lighting

Just a right Autumn day with a beautiful natural light before sunset.

Equipment

I used my Canon 6D, Canon 85mm f1.8, F Stop 4, Sutter speed, 1/80 sec, and no flash.

Inspiration

I always love pictures by the window, whether the person I want to photograph is inside or he is outside the window and I am inside. The look of people from behind the window is special and mysterious, and the glitter of light on the window glass is attractive and special.

Editing

Of course, I did, In fact, I did some dodge and burn on her face and some perspective correction on the window.

In my camera bag

I used to have one or two Canon cameras with me and some lenses, but nowadays I bring just my Canon 6D, Canon 85mm, Canon 17-40mm, and Canon 50D.

Feedback

Just try to take as much as you can in different lights and angles. Try vertical and horizontal. Sometimes I think that I took the best shot but when I open the file on the computer will notice a small shake, blur, or anything that I couldn't see on my camera. So first never delete any photos on your camera and second take as much as you.
