Just after crossing into Italy, we were treated with this dual view. One of the lush green glacial fed flat land, and the other constantly moving, with a glacier hidden beneath the rock debris (and directly feeding the blue and brown lakes). This was my favorite spot in all of the tour of Mont Blanc. I wish I had arrived at a better time of day, but at least clouds finally showed up on our trek.
