Happy 4th of July (independence day). @reshlicious and I decided to go on a hike to refresh our minds from all day to day craziness and believe me when I say this, it was very refreshing. I would say pick a day, pick a place and just go for hiking. It will refresh your mind. There is so much to appreciate in life but it starts with nature.
