Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in pangong lake where the lake shared as border. This lake is situated in Leh, India. We were on a trip to leh and captured this beauty.

Time

We had an hectic ride that day and rode our bike for around 6 hours straight to reach from nubra Valley. We were little tiered but still I took out the camera and went for a walk around the lake and saw the shadows of the stunning cloud falling in those Majestic mountain. Shot this image on july 20, 2019 6.42 PM

Lighting

One great thing about the lighting in this picture is, you can see the rays passing in between the clouds. A shadow of cloud and light and followed by shades.

Equipment

This was shot on Nikon D5300 and with kit lens. Shot handled.

Inspiration

Those shades of the cloud falling on the mountain and light falling in between the shadows of the cloud.

Editing

Yes, to support the shadows of the cloud did basic processing with white balance, shadows and black

In my camera bag

I'm a beginner in photography and still learning. I just travel with my nikon d5300 and kit lens also with a tripod. I take major photos with my pixel too.

Feedback

I can't say as an advice but what I learnt from others is landscape photography requires patience. Also we should take pictures what inspires us and rather to inspire other.
