Ayushma chastens me for making dirty the infants milk powder. It the sweat in my palms which has stained the milk bottle. I imagine punching her breaking her jaw. I walk last evening to keep calm however this morning I am still angry. I tell myself to show compassion that I were a nice person at heart however my mind doesn’t agree telling me to fight back.
