A herd of goats feeds on leaves and fruits after climbing an Argan tree. Traditionally, the husk free argan kernels were collected from goat dung before being pressed for argan oil. This is no longer common practice. Instead, the fruits are dried in the sun, and the husk removed to preserve a better flavour.
