"I used ta woik da docks in nort' Brooklyn, switchin' freight cars offa dem carfloat barges, 'till dey replaced me wit' one o' dem fancy diesel jobs back in da oily sixties. Ovuh toity yeauhs deliverin' produce an' toasters, an' dey jus' cast me off like I was sumptin' doity! Couldn't get rid'a me fast enough! And now, alls I do is sit 'roun all day on a side spur in da mountains. What a way ta live!"
