Behind The Lens

Location

Photo was taken in a underground parking area in Heidedal, Bloemfontein during 051 Free Stance's annual Show & Shine event

Time

Spent about 7 hours helping at the show, till finally good old Smurfy showed up, being my show favorite.

Lighting

The underground structure made for a great scene, glossyness of the walls and ceiling help to bounce the light around.

Equipment

Shot with Canon 600D, Canon speedlight with 18-75mm lens

Inspiration

Walking around for hours on end snapping hundreds of cars, this spotless classic stood out from the masses.

Editing

Used Lightroom to sharpen image and remove colour.

In my camera bag

Canon 600D with Rode shotgun mic, trusty Speedlight and DJI mobile for video.
