The frozen Misurina lake, beautiful in every season. It was really cloudy that day but there was just a little opening on the sky. So I desided to wait, for a chance of the sun to come out and add some light to the scene. It took about an hour until the opening allowed the sun to illuminate the Sorapis mountain behind the lake and for me to take this shot.The temperature was below zero that day and after an hour my fingers was so cold that I could barely press the shutter button. So I am really glad I finally made that shot. As all landscape photographers know, apart from the effort and the waiting we put in our landscape photography, weather is a critical element that needs to be in our favor for great images.
