This photo was taken on a vacation. In Alentejo, Portugal. Me and my wife were hiking and I saw these plants, different from all others with the purple standing out from the dry grass around.Time
It was at the end of the morning before lunch, it was realy hot weather.Lighting

Steady camera! I got it wrong. The plant isn´t going anywhere so, take your time to get the right settings. Try a few different settings and make sure it came out sharp.
