Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in my backyard.

Time

It was round noon, plain summer, the sun was ditectly over the subject.

Lighting

I was looking for some straight shadows in order to have some nice "blacks", and bright "whites". That sun light was what I was looking for.

Equipment

Camera: my usual Nikon d3200; lens: 18/55 zoom. No tripod, no flash

Inspiration

I was looking for a good still life shot, something different from the usual, so I took this teapot, some roses and put all together. Hope I've reached the objective

Editing

I've just cutted the format and cancelled some stains, nothing more.

In my camera bag

Only the camera, zoom, a small tripod and a polarized filter.
