Behind The Lens

Location

Inside my house, in front of a well lit window, using only natural light.

Time

Around 1:30 pm

Lighting

Large picture window. With sunlight lighting the whole room.

Equipment

Canon 700d using a Sigma 105mm macro lens

Inspiration

The lapel effect really caught my eye

Editing

I used minimal processing, as I try to get things right, “in camera.”

In my camera bag

I never go anywhere without, my macro lens.

Feedback

Experiment with different angles, lighting and camera settings. With something so portable. It was easier to set up my camera in a tripod, then move my subject accordingly.
