For an old camera challenge. My first 35mm camera, a Practica, met an untimely death in a canoe tip over in the '70s. It was replaced with this superb minolta XD5 which still works to this day. The X700 was a late '80s travel camera.

I had a Practica, Pentacon 6TL 6x6 cm, and a 35 mm Minolta. All excellent cameras, old good days of wet darkroom, all gone with the wind.

My first 35 mm camera was a Minolta XGM had it for years until stolen on a holiday.

Used Minoltas for over 40 some years until I started with digital. Minolta made a really nice camera, that saw a lot of the world with me.
