From last October in Hope Valley, near Lake Tahoe. When we drove past this stand of golden aspens in full fall colors, I just had to stop and soak up some of this beauty before it disappeared. By that time, many of the surrounding trees were barren, but this little roadside stand of trees was still showing off its golden attire.
