Location
I took this photo right outside Jefferson City Missouri whenever it was flooded and that's actually a couple of soccer fields behind the tree and I'm standing in the parking lot which was the only place not flooded at the sports complex.Time
This was taken at sunset.Lighting
I originally had stepped in the shade of the tree so I could just get out of the heat of the sun and also to reduce glare for a completely different shot because I'd forgotten my filters that day.Equipment
Sony A300 18-70mm f3.5-5.6 kit LensInspiration
It originally was kinda just to show how high the water was and you can use the tree for size comparison. But the way the sun was shining through the tree really made the water look amazing. I only shot the image once because like I said it was only to show the depth of the water in comparison to the tree.Editing
The post-processing was done in Adobe Lightroom classic. I just enhance the vibrance, contrasts, and then a little bit of sharpness and vignette to finish it off.In my camera bag
Sony A300 with the kit lens and a flash, set of filters. Sunpak Travel lite pro tripodFeedback
Just because you might not think your pictures are the best doesn't mean everyone feels the same. Everything in the world is beautiful it just depends on who you ask. So never give up and just go out and shoot some photos, because someone in the world will love your pictures no matter what.
