Behind The Lens

Location

In S. Miguel island in Azores Archipelago, Portugal.

Time

About 6 PM

Lighting

I went there to show that view to a friend of mine from the main land visiting the island for the first time also photographer, once we got there, complited cloudy, could´nt see nothing, but we waited for 1 hour or so, then slowly the magic started to hapen and this is the result...

Equipment

I just used my old Nikon D7100 with Sigma 10x20.

Inspiration

The magic view that is magic and can inspire anyone...

Editing

Yes a bit on Photoshop, since i didn´t had a neutral gradient filter i tryed to increse the light on the foreground, i just wasn´t prepared for this light. next time i´ll be for shure.

In my camera bag

Usualy Nikon D7100, Tamron 17x50, 2.8 , Sigma 10x20, Flash Nikon SB910.

Feedback

For this particular photo i recomend to use a neutral gradient filter to balance the light betwen bacground and foreground and a tripod, witch i didn´t had that day unfortunatly
