Taleqan Dam is situated on a Shahrood River and originates from Mazandaran Mountains and has created beautiful landscapes that receive many tourists every year. It is located in the south of Alborz Mountains in the Taleghan valley, Alborz province. The dam is surrounded by lush green mountains and dazzles the eyes of comers. The water of this lake seems green and has a certain harmony with its surrounding landscape.
