Located at the base of the main hall, Otowa Waterfall is divided into three streams, each with its own benefit. People take a drink from one of the streams with a long-handled cup. First, they rinse each hand, then swish some of the water in their mouth before spitting into the pool below. Then, you rinse the long handle with the water. Finally, you place the cup back into the ultraviolet sanitiser provided.
