As I shot this photo, a man sitting on his nearby patio spoke to me. I asked him if he knew what kind of plant this was. He replied, "Oh, it's just a weed." "Just a weed?" I asked. "By definition, a 'weed' is an undesired plant. If I desire it, then it's not a weed anymore." He was speechless.
