This trash can is located in the Skate Park just off of the Philadelphia Art Museum and adjacent to the Schukyll River trail. I'm wondering if it's graffiti because graffiti doesn't incorporate texture in it. The lighter pink spots are raised with a thicker media like one of those gel pens.
