Location

This was taken looking west from a property in the western suburbs of Sydney NSW Australia

Time

This was taken as the sun was setting behind a hazy summer breeze which gave the clouds the mist look with the colours of the sunset coming through and surrounding the sun.

Lighting

This was a 5 second time shot.

Equipment

My camera was an Olympus E-500 with a 140-600mm telephoto lens. This was set up on a tripod.

Inspiration

Just look at it and you can see nature's wonder.

Editing

No post processing.

In my camera bag

Always carry at least two cameras, 3 lenses of various sizes. A flash and filters and lens cleaning equipment. Tripod is usually carried separately.

Feedback

Look beyond the big picture and find something to focus on. Sometimes with a telephoto lens, you can capture an item to bring the photo to life.
