Behind The Lens

Location

In my hometown of Trail, BC.It can be found nestled in the Kootenays along the Columbia River.

Time

Early evening, I was walking along the river that day on my way to eat a dinner with relatives.

Lighting

I was hoping to get there closer to golden hour but wandered by earlier that expected. I was pleasantly surprised that the lighting wasn't too hard or drastic with the sun still shining.

Equipment

I think it was just my smartphone but perhaps it may have been from my sony a6000 which I also often carry with me most everywhere.

Inspiration

There is talk about tearing down this bridge. I have always loved any wood decked bridges that I have seen and wanted to remember this one should it be dismantled.

Editing

Yes, it was brightened and some contrast and saruration was added.

In my camera bag

Most often just my phone. Sometimes my Sony a6000 now with a Samyang 35mm. Occasionally my Sony A7 iii with a Tamron 28-70mm.

Feedback

Try different angles, I love taking photos from a lowe than normal angle.
