I took this photo from the Birakheim bridgeTime
I was leaving the sidewalk joining the bridge and saw all this fog around the Iron Lady, it was giving her such a surreal aspect and with the lack of light around, I took my tripod and didn't hesitate to make a long exposure to accentuate the light of the Eiffel Tower and all the others around her.Lighting
With the light giving the surreaI aspect of the Eiffel Tower, I closed the diaphragm at its maximum to give a star effects at the street lamps to surrender her of "stars" in default to have actual stars around and accentuate the light coming from her.Equipment
I used my Nikon D5300 with the Tamron 18-200mm, all on my spider tripod.Inspiration
Nothing in particular, the scenery was speaking for itself.Editing
I post processed mainly the balance colors to make the photo more blue. I think it's more beautiful that the yellow mood given by the street lamps. In my camera bag
I usually carry my Nikon D5300, the Nikkor 12-24mm and the Nikkor 35mm. I rarely take the Tamron 70-200mm but more often when I travel, specially in Paris, it's easier to use the zoom if I see something interesting happening at a certain distance.Feedback
Paris is often under dark clouds and rain, so at night make sure to have something to protect your equipment and carry a tripod if you want to take a shot while playing with the lights.
