A short visit to the incredibly beautiful, but bitterly cold City of Quebec. And finally, we had snow. I ventured out early, to beat the crowds and discovered this location, looking back towards Chateau Frontenac and historic townhouses. It was elevated here and the wind picked up, blowing the stinging snow sideways. Difficult conditions for someone from the tropics, but 100% worthwhile.
