The lighting for this photo was natural and i took it at golden hour.Equipment
i used my Nikon d810 with a 50mm 1.4 lense.Inspiration
The theme of the event was love, for this reason I tried to communicate this concept in a simple way so I bought a rose which is a symbol of love.Editing
I shoot this photo in raw and i did a basic editing in Adobe Lightroom. i wanted to warm this photo just a little bit more so i did it with the color temperature, some saturation and vibrance.In my camera bag
I usually have my Nikon d810, a Nikon AF-S FX NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4G , a Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8, my Godox AD200 with the trigger and some gels, a dolica tripod, some memories and backup batteries.Feedback
My advice is to be very clear about the concept you want to develop before taking the photo because this way you will know what equipment will help you create the photo. In this case I wanted to express this feeling (love) through the photo in a different way. For example The love and support that is given to our work (the photos) by giving a like or leaving a comment in any social media.( in this specific case through Instagram). If you want to capture something similar try to take the photo at golden hour, use a f/ 2..8 and focus in a close object. ( if you analyze the photo i focus on the rose).
