Location
This photo was taken at Snaizholme red squirrel trail near Hawes in North Yorkshire, UKTime
Shot was taken in May 2020 around 9.30 in the morning when these little guys are getting hungry.Lighting
The light in the woods isn't very good so you have to keep an eye on your ISOEquipment
Shot was taken with a Canon 200d with a sigma 70-300 f4 lensInspiration
I just lovethese little fellas an could snap them every dayEditing
A small amount of post processing was done, just a bit of dogde and burnIn my camera bag
Most important isa spare battery and sd card, lenses are usually my sigma 70-300 zòm a Canon 100mm macro and a 18-55 for any nice landscape shots if anything looks good on the journey, but most importantly when shooting these guys, something for them to eat.Feedback
Go several times to get used to their habits and for them to get used to you, its surprising that they recognise you as a food source the more you meet them, and take something to eat and drink for yourself as sometimes it can be a long wait.
