Behind The Lens

Location

Taken in a flower at my home in Nebraska.

Time

There had been rain the night before and I took this in the early morning.

Lighting

Just going by the sunlight and seeing how it was making it brighter. Some shady areas there so trying to get it shot in the brighter area.

Equipment

I took this with a Pentax K50 with a Pentax 18-270 lens.

Inspiration

I love taking a walk around the yard after a rain during the night. Looking for dew drops, spider webs, etc. I just loved how the drops looked on the flower.

Editing

Nothing but cropping it. Took several years ago. If I did anything besides the crop it might have been to brighten it a bit.

In my camera bag

I did get a Pentax KP the other year so use that more. Has the 18-270 lens along with a fish eye lens and sometimes macro lens.

Feedback

I just try to find dew drops in a different setting. Maybe the sun light hitting it just right. Sorry I don't really have any advice but to shoot several pics if you see something interesting.
