what kind of light have they used here have you used a dot light softbox and a head light as a large light source softbox

Hi CPKphoto. Most of my portraits are done with just natural light coming from a large window. I used a diffuser on the opposite side of the subject.

Sometimes I use a diffuser umbrella light.
