In the late 1800s this Automaton Clock was installed outside, Winters Jewellery shop, it has a soldier, sailor & old father time, to mark the time. Mr. Winters ingenuity did'nt end there, he used the power of water for a devise to lower his window displays to keep them safe at night.
Mr J winters was a watch & clock maker.
