This is Ashton Memorial at Williamson’s Park in Lancaster. Ashton Memorial gets lit up in different colours to help raise awareness of what’s going on e.g breast cancer, mental health week etc. A 13 year old boy called Reece David Holt passed on the 18th January this year, he passed away due to fighting for nearly 3 years Anaplastic Astrocytoma a rare malignant brain tumour. He touched everyone heart. He raised so much money to go towards research for childhood cancers due to how little funding they get. His courageous, outstanding legacy will forever go on.
