The front of the Des Moine Iowa Court house on a quiet weekend. We got married under some huge trees outside with squirrels watching over us.

Early morning, day 1 of quarantine after flying back into Australia.

Location

This photo was taken at a sports ground near the Legends in Kansas around 2013 if my memory is correct. I was vacationing by driving from LA to Kansas and took 1000's ofpictures on my trusty Samsung phone. Lite beers, hotdogs, funnel cakes and all the singing and chanting of the crowd made for a great day/evening out.

Time

The games had been going for sometime when we arrived. We turned up around 2pm maybe and settled in to enjoy the day and the atmosphere.

Lighting

I was random clicking on various settings to see what I could get. The light was perfect on this and several others but this is my favorite.

Equipment

Other. Smart phone and I had a Samsung Camcorder as well.

Inspiration

Having fun snapping pics of things totally new to me.

Editing

Nope. It is as I took it. The ones I messed with I turned black and white and Sepia to give it an old times feel. I have them somewhere on a memory stick.

In my camera bag

Phone, selfie stick, small tripod, make shift cardboard shades and a small home made sun deflector, reflector.
