This photo was taken during midday during the winter so the sun is low in the sky.Lighting
I really like the way the natural sun light comes though the water making the image even more powerful.Equipment

I wanted to capture the power of the water and show how dramatic something so simple can be.Editing
There is almost no post-processing on this image with only slight adjustments to brightness and contrasting.In my camera bag
I usually carry a singular DSLR as well as an old Olympus SLR which was previously my dads. I do sometimes carry a glass ball and mirrored objects to create interesting images.Feedback
When capturing an image like this I personally take multiple shots from different angles to ensure the light hits the subject in the right way.
