(3 years of wait and Long dream to achieve) Please read full

I always wanted one photo in my profile was " kirkjufell with AURORAS" i have seen a lot of photos from other Photographers that had helped me a lot to achieve this dream Shot. Since i saw that place first time on Internet i fell in love and i wanted badly this Photo in my profile.

i went to ICELAND first time solo in 2016 but wasn't lucky with AURORAS over the mountain although i saw it first time in real and the feeling of coming to that place in real already was an achievement for myself.

I went back in 2017 with some friends we spent 2 nights around the place but still got unlucky and came back empty handed NO AURORAS. I was little disappointed and sad but i learned the hard way that MOTHER NATURE loves to play with his SEEKERS sometime. I didn't give up and loose any hope, I am very strong believer and free spirit, I planned again a trip to ICELAND in 2018

It was the third time i went to this place with the hope and prayers to see some AURORAS over THAT MOUNTAIN... i reached to the town and again welcomed by clear and great weather but KP level was 1 on that day, I still drove out in that cold freezing weather with my friend and parked in the Parking spot and walked down to that particular Spot and set my tripod and waited out for some Activity, It came out but just over the Horizon and very dull AURORAS... My friend wasn't sure that it would come up or we were impatient and tired and hopeless at some moment but i realised this is 3 years of WAIT, lets not give up tonight also, so we stayed there next 40 minutes meanwhile it kept coming and going in a very dull way. After a long wait finally it came above the MOUNTAIN and really moved quickly, i remembered it was a very quick and small window to shoot, I got only 3-4 shots then its gone again.. again for next 30min HIDE & SEEK game continued as usual with me...

I am glad that i made what i believed and it was my journey of 3 years for this Shot, I never gave up, do you have your Journey or years of wait to A SHOT that matters ??? SHARE IT if you like ...
