Yes this is the sunset over the 3rivers in Pittsburgh the sun goes down on the west end behind the mountain. looks like an eye in the sky photo and the rays on the river look like where it can see. love the colors and the way I took this photo I laid down on the very end of the point at the point state park and put my camera of the side hanging there for a good 15 maybe 20 mins as I took several photos as the river was going up and down due to waves caused by wing currant and boats I wanted to get the rays going the whole way to me from as far as you could see on the river so create this effect. I hope you like it as much as I do.
