Like how "much" activity you captured with the steel wool. Nicely balanced with the motionless flames. And the twilight background adds to the story.

Behind The Lens
Location
Psycho Silo Saloon in Langlely, Illinois, USATime
At dusk. Wanted the blue light behind.Lighting
Sparks created using steel wool(0000), a steel whisk, attached to a dog lead, and spun in a circle quickly. Fire breathing was done with standard fuels, and torches.Equipment
Sony A7ii, Tokina 11-16 2.8 lens, Promaster Tripod. No flash was used. Camera was in timelapse mode.Inspiration
I had been planning this shot for 2 years, and was finally able to get one of my friends to breathe fire alongside me while I spun the steel wool.Editing
Lightroom, to de-noise, adjust color luminance, and add sharpness. In my camera bag
Multiple bodies, lenses and tripods, as well as strobes and light modifiers. I don't have just 1 bag.Feedback
ALWAYS WEAR COTTON WHILE USING STEEL WOOL AND OTHER FLAMABLES.
