Location

This photo was taken at the bund, Shanghai china. I was a self taught photographer and was on the city for a vacation

Time

I remember walking around the Bund the whole day and it was during the emd of winter to early spring season and when it’s around 4pm, I went to the area And saw this amazing sun light and shadow overlapping

Lighting

I wanted a picture that will show the beauty of city structures using natural lights especially the sun

Equipment

Since it was winter, I didn’t want to risk my camera developing fungus due to the weather. But i want to remember the beautiful place i saw So i took this photo using my mobile phone. I just minimize zooming in to avoid photo pixelation and found A nice place to support my hands from shaking

Inspiration

I love travellin fb and taling photos of famous tourist sites and areas

Editing

I usually do not use any post processing as I want to keep challenging myself on how to create more beautiful photos in the future.

Nikon D90, 24-70mm lens With f2.8 ,35mm With f1.4 and a flash

Feedback

The bund in shanghai is a very picturesque place in Shanghai and a lot of people are usually there taking their photos. All i can advice is the best day to take the photo is around late afternoon, and be patient to capture the right moment. In my caae i waited for the boat to reach the center.
