Behind The Lens

Location

I took this in my living room. This is actually my friend's dog, Chloe. She brought her over at Christmas time to have a photo shoot and playdate with my dog.

Time

This was taken in the middle of the day.

Lighting

Chloe was backlit with my window.

Equipment

My camera is a cabin T3I and the lens used was 18 to 135 kit lens and the photo was taken at 135.

Inspiration

I loved Chloe with the very out of focus christmas tree in the background.

Editing

I just did simple post processing in lightroom. Upped the contrast a tad and brought up the shadows.

In my camera bag

I generally use just my camera, a reflector, and my 40mm 2.8 and 85 1.8 lenses.

Feedback

Just look for photoshoots in everything! A doggy playdate turned out to be a great excuse for a photoshoot.
