This was one of the most beautiful winters we have had, with wonderful fluffy snow. I was walking down our rural road in the early evening and was inspired to snap this photo.Lighting
The light was enhanced by the sun's reflection on the snow.Equipment
I used the bridge camera Panasonic Lumix, with no tripod as I was simply going for a "let's go see !" walk.Inspiration
I like winding roads, snow and local scenery and this combined all three. I liked the tracks left on the snow which also tells a story about the road, how much it was traveled that day. I like how the trees still form a kind of tunnel, even without their leaves. I also liked the starkness of the landscape.Editing

I wait for evening or get up early in the morning for the most interesting and amazing lighting for the things I enjoy photographing. Landscapes, leaves, animals. Sunsets are especially magical even in Ohio.
