Your title draws our attention to what drew your attention. The green on the curves and dark bark of this part of the tree. I like the way this green is echoed by the flowering bush in the background. A limited pallet.

Here I felt limited with the 105mm macro lens I had at hand. It's a most interesting tree trunk that deserves to be photographed for its only sake:) Thank you so much for your comment, Bill!
