The photo was hand held shot on the rooftop of the 356 meters heigh Gevora Hotel without tripod at 1-13th, f-5.6, ISO 3200 and Canon 75-300 mm lens to capture the lights of the Burj Khalifa and the expanse of Dubai particularly sharp. It needs a steady hand and many shots.
