The evening ferry heads south - we're on it often since we like to return to our native Shetland frequently - I usually take the ferry to bring my car but it also gives a better sense of distance than flying since it is an overnight journey of 200 miles to Aberdeen. A comfortable trip with good food (unless you're a poor sailor). Seen from the old family croft at Noness.
