LaSalle Street Irony

Waiting in traffic early in the morning, the temperature 19F (-7 C) I look to my right on one of the "richest" streets in Chicago, in the financial district, and see that no, not all is right.
Article 25 of the Declaration of Universal Human Rights adopted in 1948 by the UN General Assembly states: Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of the individual and their family, including food, clothing, housing, and medical care, and necessary social services and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
