The photo was taken in Hong Kong . From the pedestrian bridge between Tin Tsa Tsui and Hung Hom where I used to live.Time
The photo was taken the 10th of November 2018 at 6:09 PMLighting
It was completely dark but that was a lot of light coming from the Hong Kong side ... I have to use an ND filter to shoot it . Iso 100Equipment
I used an ND filter to shoot it with my Canon EOS 6D 24-105 f/4L IS USM Iso 100 58 mm f4/0 20 secInspiration
The big brown and ugly structure used to access the ships during the construction of the new MTR line and all the chaos of the building site in contrast with the beauty skyline of Hong Kong inspired me to take this shoot.Editing
Just Lightroom , normal post processing , nothing special .In my camera bag
Now I'm using a Canon EOSR and the lens I use more is the RF 15P-35 F.2.8 L IS USMFeedback
This photo is still more interesting today because it is impossible to shoot the same subject again, all the building site is not there anymore! Because of that I'm glad to listened to my instincts and did this image. Based on that , my advise is: When you find something you like or intrigues you, SHOOT don't wait, don't think about it, SHOOT !
