I was at the walking trails in Winona Lake Indiana and walked up to this beautiful male cardinal.Time
It was around 10:00 am.Lighting
The skies was clear but the cardinal was in like a shaded area. So I didn't have to worry about the sun glare and shadows.Equipment
I used a Canon EOS Rebel T5. The settings I used was 400. F5.6. 90.Inspiration
I love nature and animals. Cardinals are my favorite birds.Editing
I just did the basic editing with exposure, highlights ect.In my camera bag
Canon 50 MM lens and a 55-300 MM lens.Feedback
Just have patience and be very quiet and don't move to fast or get to close. Cardinals are a flighty bird and hard to get a picture of. That's why I used the 300 MM to zoom in.
